The staff at Hin Loi Guesthouse were very caring and exceeded my expectations. I liked that the guesthouse is within walking distance to the beach. the location is convenient as it is near restaurants, a grocery store, the post office, a resort, and public transportation including the bus and the airport.

I was given reasonably spacious room with bathroom and aircondition and good view. The atmosphere created was family.

Strategic and best possible location, walking distance to everywhere. Walking distance to a night market and a market across the street. Huge, airy units provided with attached bathroom as well as good view.

Convenient location! This place is just a short stroll away from the airport, making it super easy to catch an early morning taxi. Plus, there's an awesome beach nearby 🏖️.

The guesthouse was huge and airy with a bathroom attached. the breakfast was served in the café. the hotel was in a strategic and handy location, right next to the beach, restaurants, Kota Kinabalu, and public transport.

The guesthouse was absolutely amazing! The beds were so comfy, and the lounge area was perfect for relaxing and watching TV. The air-conditioning kept us cool, and the location was great. We could easily walk to the beach and grab breakfast at a nearby cafe. Plus, transportation was a breeze with the GRAB app.

We booked a room at Hin Loi Guesthouse and were pleasantly surprised by our experience. the room itself was clean and spacious, with a comfortable double bed and an attached bathroom. We appreciated the shared communal area, although we didn't use it much. One of the highlights of our stay was the convenient location, with plenty of restaurants and shops downstairs where we could easily find food. While the guesthouse was a bit far from the city, we had no trouble getting around as Grab was readily available. The host Alex was friendly and supportive, making our stay even more enjoyable. Cons: Not one thing 🙌.

The only thing I would have wished for to make my vacation even better is if the bathrooms and kitchen were a bit cleaner. Although I understand that it's partly due to the other guests, I believe the staff could have done a better job in ensuring cleanliness in these areas.

I had a 1-night layover and stayed at a guesthouse near the airport. It was a great choice! The room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. The wifi was reliable, and I loved having a private bathroom. The living room was cozy and well-maintained. Plus, the included breakfast was delicious, with both local and Western options available. It was the perfect start to my day.

The only downside was that there wasn't much around the guesthouse, except for a KFC. But if you're only planning to catch a flight the next day, it's not a problem at all.
